Heading the Karunya Competency Development Center (KCDC) at Karunya University, I have been demonstrating excellence in outcome based teaching-learning experiences ushering to the millennium engineering graduate needs. Deft with more than a decade experience, have outlaid uptrend instructional programs and augmented teaching resources specially for achieving engineering education. My forte lies in implementing learning strategies that have given holistic growth for engineering graduate to be industry ready. I am a WIPRO and Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer. Areas of proficiency are Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy (RBT), Activity Based Teaching and Learning, Mind Mapping, Concept Mapping, Technology in Education, Unconventional Teaching Methodologies, Andragogy and Creative Learning Process.
