Marcel has been enthusiastically married to his wife, Yami, for over 31 years and has two adult children, Luke and Savanah.

Marcel is a Certified Professional Coach and accredited through the International Coaching Academy. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation, ICF. Marcel serves as a Certified SYMBIS Marriage Facilitator and an Executive Pastor at Global Church in Miami, Florida.

Marcel graduated with a B. A. in Human Resources Management from Trinity International University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. He's published 26 books and professional training guides to help people grow professionally, relationally, and spiritually.

You already have an empowering mindset in several areas of your life. If asked, you could easily list areas where you’ve been consistently proactive, intentional, and thriving. This is not the mindset you need to shift.
