Sambrita Basu

Sambrita works at the intersection of arts, social change, and psychology to change mindsets around diversity and inclusion in organizations and communities, through her nonprofit Shakti Foundation(www.shaktiarts.org). She specializes in an area of thought leadership called "Neuroleadership", which focuses on cutting edge applications of neuroscience and human behavior research to organizations. As an MBA from INSEAD, the world's top international business school, with a Bachelor's in Neuroscience as well as part-time performing arts career, she is very much a "systems thinker"; she believes strongly in the power of collaboration across diversity to solve the world's problems.
