It is my belief that "life is not a skill to learn" but "the process of sharing your convictions." Whether for personal growth or professional development, The Method provides you with the key to self-awareness. The course is not based on public speaking or leadership techniques. It is much more personal. My approach models the pattern of growth I experienced within myself, and it was developed by sharing my own process.

Whether your goal is to change an industry, lead a team, or simply live a fulfilled and successful life, you must first identify the convictions that drive you and make them known. Only by bringing the secret truth of your convictions out in to the public forum will you ever have a chance of making a meaningful impact. Those who have been considered game changers and thought leaders realized this truth, and they courageously took the risk.

So before you speak to your own team or group of clients, question whether you have conviction in your message. Does it define you, and are you willing to stand alone to defend it? This is the symmetry in The Method: While you learn that conviction is your greatest source of strength and courage as a speaker and leader, the process forces you to question the authenticity of your own message - and that is the greater value.
