Based on various studies, the presentation will focus on how being self-aware directly ties to professional and personal success. Interactive information will be given on better understanding how to perform, based on one's own unique reality. The focus will then be directed to better-controlling one's reactions and thoughts in order to become an ideal leader while having better control over their own futures. Various activities will be done to help attendees feel more confident in knowing themselves. Advice on advancing and implementing personal growth and self-awareness in participant’s lives will be given, with a Q&A for closing.
