Bio

I’m a certified equine gestalt coach, speaker, author and lawyer who loves helping people connect to the truth of what they want and helping them go for it. I’m passionate about supporting people as they find the strength and courage to move past obstacles, break unhealthy patterns and shift perspective to achieve their goals and biggest dreams.

When a health scare with a brain tumor put things into very clear perspective, I made a decision. Would I continue to live the same life or go after what I really wanted?

Equine Gestalt Work

Explaining what the work really is and how horses can help people heal the unfinished business they have in their life. Gestalt is a German word that means wholeness. Once a person is able to heal that unfinished business they are able to able to close the doors to the old wounds and move forward and not repeat the same patterns.
