In program and project management, I have meaningful experience in training individuals and teams, streamlining processes, and implementing change management across multiple systems.

As Senior Strategist of Performance and Accountability, I worked in the public workforce system, coaching career counselors and presenting to many groups throughout the public, private, and nonprofit sector. In addition to my work in organizational development and performance management, I also led the charge in enhancing customer service in the public career center.

Holding certifications in Lean Six Sigma and graduate-level expertise in strategic planning and public and nonprofit performance management, I am passionate about staff development, efficient service delivery, and workforce development .

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science and Master of Public Administration, Public and Nonprofit Performance Management from Rutgers University, graduating with highest honors after submitting a Capstone on the intersection between strategic planning and staff satisfaction at the YMCA.

I enjoy providing consulting for community based organizations, writing for digital publications, international travel, and as a philanthropist, I fund my own book scholarship for college students - Adri Speaks for Books.
