Terry is an insightful, authentic and high-energy executive and keynote speaker that specializes in Leadership Training, Developing Peak-Performance Cultures and Creating Top Tier Sales Teams.

For the past 19 years, Terry has presented workshops, speeches and personal coaching to sales organizations and leaders nationwide. Terry has become a master at tailoring his message to each individual audience to fit their precise needs.

Working with all levels of an organization, Terry engages the audiences with his interactive, entertaining and captivating style. Terry is known for taking massive amounts of research, combined with his personal hands-on experience to deliver timely, focused, and results-driven programs. He carefully creates customized workshops and presentations that reflect the newest research and most current thinking. Attendees walk away energized, motivated, and equipped with the necessary tools to improve their performance and excel in their current roles within their organization.

Starting in direct sales at the ripe age of 17, Terry has become a multi-dimensional executive with a 25-year track record of igniting sales and revenue growth initiatives, regardless of economic conditions. He is astute in designing intelligent solutions, establishing strategic alliances, and building top-tier sales teams that win and sustain long-term engagements with notable organizations. Among these are The Veterans Health Administration, Dept. of Defense Hospitals, GE-Med Systems, Bank of Oklahoma Financial, Conoco/Phillips, McKesson and Jiffy Lube International.

Some of Terry's earlier career highlights include expansion of the (Eleven-Fifteen) 1115 Medicaid Waiver across California and Texas; self-funding a software company; and an appointment by the Deputy Director of the Veteran Health Administration to serve on a National Revenue Taskforce; subsequently consulting with Department of Defense Hospitals, Department of Health & Human Services and the Indian Health Services. Terry has been involved with the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2009. He's also a contributing member of the Healthcare Financial Managers Association and the American Health Information Managers Association (AHIMA), where he remains a frequent guest lecturer for TxHIMA and their regional chapters.

Terry serves on the Board of Directors for many start-up companies and enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs as an advisor for the Texas Medical Center's Innovation Institute, TMCx.

We all invest an immense amount of ourselves in our careers, especially leaders. Your reputation is the only thing you get to keep for all of the work you do. Titles go away, money earned will be spent, responsibilities will be given to someone else, but you will keep your reputation.
For many people, reputation is an accident because it's left to chance. A strong personal brand, however, will impact your influence and effectiveness, increase your ability to attract talent, and build stronger relationships.
