Farhan Sadique

Farhan Sadique is an award-winning educator, researcher, and consultant specializing in adult learning, workforce education, and organization development. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at Kansas State University and the Chief of Research at Rothwell & Associates. His work bridges theory and practice to empower leaders, educators, and professionals to thrive in dynamic environments.

Farhan’s research on competency modeling, microlearning, and workforce engagement has received national recognition, including the 2025 Distinguished Dissertation Award from the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and the Emerging Practitioner Award from the Organization Development Network. He has authored multiple publications and books.
