Bio

I’m Dounia Zellou — a Franco-Moroccan transformational speaker, facilitator, leadership coach, and artist.

I believe transformation begins the moment we reconnect — to ourselves, to each other, and to what truly matters.

My work weaves the power of movement, the depth of somatic intelligence, and the clarity of strategy to open spaces where change is not only envisioned, but fully embodied and sustained over time.

From boardrooms to theatres, from global conferences to intimate workshops, I’ve partnered with leaders, teams, and institutions on five continents — working globally to help them shift how they think, connect, and lead.

My mission is to design experiences that unleash potential, regenerate energy, and open new possibilities — leaving people and systems transformed in ways that endure well beyond our time together.
