Gail is an entrepreneur by training, mindset coach by passion, academic and a global citizen who exists at the intersection of creativity, purpose and deep affection for self-mastery and personal development.
She is currently completing a PhD in Entrepreneurship at Central University of Technology, and holds a Master’s in Business Management. She has extensive experience as an academic having started her journey at Sol Plaatje University where she heads the Entrepreneurship Program. Her research work is presented and published in leading international conference proceedings, further reinforcing her thought leadership in the space.
She has worked with large corporates and multinationals in shaping their exceptional institutional support for entrepreneurship development and cultivating an overall culture of entrepreneurship in the organisations.
Her mindset coaching prowess is best exemplified by her successfully summiting Mt Kilimanjaro, in what was a category defining milestone of grit and courage and draws many parallels and life learnings from this experience.

As a mindset coach, Gail drives personalized and highly deterministic for individuals, organizations and corporate executives alike, who are seeking to transform their mindset to peak performance in various aspects of their lives and groups.
She has been awarded the Vice Chancellor's Excellence Award in Community Engagement from Sol Plaatje University for her excellent work in accelerating entrepreneurship, particularly amongst student and youth entrepreneurs; and the National Recognition Award for Exceptional Institutional Support for Entrepreneurship Development from University South Africa’s Entrepreneurship Development in Higher Education (EDHE) programme.
