Bio

Chris Bush is a seasoned professional in the fields of user experience (UX) design and service design, currently holding a prominent roles at Nexer Digital. As the Head of the Design Group at Nexer Digital, he oversees a team of researchers, social scientists, service designers, interaction designers, and content designers. His team ensures that Nexer’s projects are user-focused and deliver valuable outcomes throughout their life cycles.

With over 20 years of experience, Chris has a strong background in strategy, user research, interaction design, and service development. He has contributed to various high-profile projects for clients such as Nest, AstraZeneca, NHS England, and BBC, among others. His expertise also extends to leading workshops and speaking at numerous international conferences, including UX Copenhagen and QCon San Francisco  .
