Warren Zeiser is an entrepreneur who has led several companies since the age of 22. He was the youngest ever partner at Horizon Gourmet Foods and helped grow the company to 32 locations and $70mm in annual revenue during his 20 years.
After a successful exit, Warren spent 5 years in the corporate world as a Regional Sales Director for Maines Paper and Food Service, a $3B/yr national sales company. He successfully executed a complete turnaround of the Metro NY division, bringing them from last to first in the company in under 3 years.
Warren was then recruited to become the CEO of Mastroianni Bakery, a 100 year-old struggling commercial bread company. Warren helped save the struggling company and ultimately assembled an investment group to purchase the bakery and keep the jobs in Upstate NY.
After a successful career starting and turning around companies, Warren started WeRise Consulting in 2016. In addition to keynote speaking, Warren provides executive coaching and growth strategy guidance to growing companies in numerous industries. Current and former clients include high-profile brands such as Death Wish Coffee, Beekman 1802 (from the reality show "The Fabulous Beekman Boys"), CommerceHub, Brooks' BBQ, Overit Marketing, and Schenectady Community College.
