Abbas Haider

Abbas Haider, recently named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for manufacturing and industry, has been an entrepreneur throughout his life. From starting an import & export company in his senior year of high school to establishing a multi-million-dollar international brand in his freshman year of college, Abbas has mastered all phases of the business life cycle. While serving on the Executive Advisory Board at the University of Mary Washington, Abbas also mentors many other developing entrepreneurs through various speaking events such as TEDx and OPEN DC. He was recently awarded the 2018 Young Business Alumni Award at the University of Mary Washington along with being the Commencement Speaker for the Class of 2018. Abbas’s work is featured in Forbes, Newsweek, The Washington Post, CNBC, The Independent Daily and many other media platforms for creating America’s first bullet-resistant clothing line.
