Bio

Colin is a Global Human Resources Leader, specialist in Workforce Stress, Burnout, Wellbeing and EDI. He has successfully combatted his OCD, Anxiety and Stress over 40 years and enables others to do the same and thrive.

He has successfully applied cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), SSRI medication, breathing and relaxation exercises, mindfulness and managing the 15 drivers of stress.

Colin delivers Keynote Conference speeches, group corporate employee education sessions, employee workshops and one-to-one coaching to support people to overcome their difficulties, build resilience to prevent becoming symptomatic or burning out, and recover from cognitive or physical breakdown.

Architect of a proprietary model that educates on the 15 drivers of pressure and stress in people's lives and careers, Colin first shocks, then teaches, audiences on how to build a positive relationship with all 15 and use techniques to leverage them to buy 'stress credits' to build resilience and mitigate the need to allow some pressure and stress to remain in people's lives.
