As a highly experienced HR professional, Kendra Davis-Roberts, MPS has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with renowned organizations such as HP, Inc., Poly, Wawa, Comcast, and The Project Management Institute, where she developed a diverse range of HR skills, including recruiting, HR operations, HRIS, and program management. With a focus on the employee experience, Kendra views this aspect as the cornerstone of effective HR practices.

With six years of experience in People Analytics and Insights, Kendra brings a unique perspective to the field, providing strategic and analytical insights to HR leadership to drive transformation and innovation within organizations. She has established a strong reputation for her expertise in establishing People Analytics Centers of Excellence, implementing People Analytics software, and conducting advanced analyses on HR topics such as resignation, retention, and talent acquisition.
