Cristiana Nicolescu graduated the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, along with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Communication. She realized immediately after graduating that she loves the area of Human Resources. She worked in well known companies in Automotive and Consulting industries. In 2020, she started a business that offers solutions in the area of recruitment, training and consulting, and today she is Managing Partner at DMD Consultanta and CO-Founder at HR UP Group

She is an authorized trainer, passionate about personal development, graduated N.L.P. courses, is actively involved in volunteer activities to offer support to people at the beginning of their journey in the HR area.
