I am 20+ years into my recovery from drugs, alcohol, and sexual abuse. Though I have experience some horrific situations, I have learned who to am and become stronger as a result.
I have a business degree from UCF and a successful career, but more importantly have learned to fall with grace and get back up, still moving forward.
Learning and understanding mental health issues. Understanding addictive personalities and maneuvering thru the world as a “normal” person has been a long term journey and a beautiful one at that.
A wife, a sister, a daughter, an employee, an untraditional mom, but truly so much more. Not defined by a title, I am excited to share the path I’ve travelled.
I hope to share the experience strength and hop of my journey with others to provide hope, compassion and understanding.
