My mission is to empower you to live a life you're proud of. Experiencing intense bullying and rejection as a teenager, I suffered from depression for many years. Feeling trapped in a career I wasn't passionate about at the age of 20, I entered a period of radical self-improvement and found my true calling was teaching others.
My story has been featured in two TEDx Talks, FOX, CW, TV Asia and The Huffington Post. Now as a motivational speaker I travel around the country sharing my message about overcoming the heartbreaking pain of rejection, bullying and depression. I'm a prominent thought leader on gaming addiction and how we can use the adversity we face as fuel for growth, connection and purpose.
