Anne Martin

I spent over a decade in the emergency services fields and after sustaining a brain injury and spending years in neurological and psychological therapies, I began trying alternative therapies to really heal myself. After finding healing for myself, I found a passion in teaching similar skills to clients. I have been able to reverse my diagnoses of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and panic attacks with these modalities. I have been trained by professionals in Social Work, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Coaching, Breathwork, and Psychology. I love being able to tell my story from a place of gratitude and humility and share with others the importance of continuing to grow as an individual and as a leader.
