I have been leading change in some of the world's most innovative companies for over 25 years, from agritech startups to big pharma. Career highlights include running a 1b euro global supply chain, CEO of a multi-national, and NED of a listed company. And most recently, founder of High Performance Change®, a consultancy practice dedicated to helping organisations become more adaptable, so they are more able to pivot, flex, and shock absorb.

Adaptability: the game-changing mindset

Humans have a natural survival instinct to resist change. Organisations typically rely on overcoming this deep-rooted primal reaction simply by putting people through more and more projects. But whilst projects are really great at changing what people do, they're really not so great at changing how people think and feel about change itself. The answer is to understand that Adaptability is a form of intelligence that can be learned and developed. The result is a mindset that is 'already ready' to embrace any kind of change.
