After spending 20 years as a Marine Corps Officer, I decided to retire and pursue a career in human resources.
Over the past 18 years, I have worked in various roles in human resources from a Generalist to managing my own Human Resources Department.
In 2011, I decided to go into business for myself, when my employer closed the facility I was at, and I couldn't find an employer that could utilize my strengths.
In the past two years, we have worked with business owners in the Midwest to help them identify their human resources needs and objectives, and we've helped them achieve those objectives. We were able to do this by becoming a business partner with them, and working to understand their vision for their business.
