After over 10 years serving the diverse communities of Rockland County, Brooklyn, and Queens, my motto has become, "Whatever it is, we can help!"

As the primary Mental Health Counselor on the Core Group's team, I have seen clients who believed they would never change, that their pain would never dissolve, that their confusion would never cease and was here to stay. However, in my entire history of client relations, none of these convictions remained true. Incorporating the values of trust, validation, respect, and empowerment, I have successfully served hundreds of clients, and continue to do so today.

Life can certainly be rough sometimes, but we believe that people, as human beings, have the inner ability and power to rise above the moment and to be higher than the situation. At The Core Group, our goal is to help our clients reach that level of self-actualization they desire to find peace and serenity within themselves, no matter what the situation is like.
