Bio

I am a full-time mom of 5 boys, a passionate wife, and a full-time entrepreneur who has built a body coaching company from the ground up. And now , with the release of Toned 4 Life I am now officially an author. along the journey, I became an IFPA Pro bodybuilder starting at the age of 35. Life Fitness chose me as their " top 10 personal trainer to watch". Plus, I am also a certified strength and pilates trainer. I love to inspire others to be find their authentic self and true light in life!!
