Brooke Erol has worked for corporate America including 11 years at IBM in sales and marketing positions before she quit it all when she felt her purpose did not align with the type of work she does. After leaving her country to live in US following her intuition with very little savings, she started her inner journey first to understand her own essence and purpose in life without the ego-driven identities. When she went through the process of understanding her own authentic story and her own inner purpose, she started her first business to help others find their passion/purpose and follow their dreams too. With her business YourBestLife she helps her clients see the dream may come up in the form of a new career, a business, or a hobby. She helps them overcome their limiting beliefs and paradigms to follow their own paths. She helps many young and middle age people in their career transitioning when they want to bring more meaning into their lives. Over the years she met many unhappy and dissatisfied people at work.
After helping many unhappy professionals, she wanted to help organizations work with these very unhappy and disengaged employees. She started spending most of her time helping businesses create more meaningful environments for their employees, clients, and communities. Her company Purposeful Business supports organizations align their values, mission statements, stories and their strengths to create the building blocks for their business, hiring, and marketing strategies. She is an avid advocate for humanizing the workplace and making sure new leaders understand how to create the best environments and cultures so that employees can be really happy and feel human. She knows the results of these amazing workplaces are higher profit and better service for all stakeholders. She is extremely passionate about telling her own story from a meaningless job to a purposeful one and relating to everyone who wants to bring more meaning into their lives. She is a true believer this is the only way organizations will thrive in the future. The old mindset of working for weekends and retirement only are over. The industrial mindset of people being lazy and dumb and need direction is not working for anyone.
