A little about me. My name is Vikki and 2 years ago I embarked on a life changing journey. After yoyo dieting my whole life, I reached 27 and I weighed 400lbs. I was depressed, smoked, gambled and drank a lot. I was always the loud, party girl. Through a sequence of events I began losing weight. I lost around 8 stone in a year, however, my journey is more than anything on the scales. At 21 stone I climbed Ben Nevis and did a bungee jump the next day (I'm terrified of heights). I went on to pull a 40 Tonne lorry and placed 2nd in a strong women competition. I graduated from my Psychology degree in 2022 and continued to learn about positive psychology and mindset.
Within the 2 years, I have had many adventures, accessed life and even walked on fire. In January 2023 I flew to Turkey to have my excess skin removed. Whilst I am recovering now, the goals haven't stopped. I will be prepping for a photoshoot in August and then will be doing a transformation category at a bodybuilding show in 2024. My message is one of hope.
From this, I now have a mindset coaching business. I support others to overcome their limiting beliefs and begin to live. My coaching is TAMER (Trauma, awareness, mindfulness, empower, radiate). These are the 5 pillars to my success and now I'm ready to share them with others.
