Robert is an entrepreneur, consultant, and marketer specializing in working with small businesses owners to help them grow, optimize and scale their companies.
He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Total Business Results (TBR), a 22+ year old firm specializing in helping small businesses grow, optimize, and scale their businesses with the goal to break them free from having to run the day to day operations of the business. He is also the host of the “Growing Your B2B Small Business” podcast.
Robert is a graduate from United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics. After graduating, he was appointed and served as an officer in the US Army. He has been involved in the commercial real estate, technology, and financial services industries as well as owning TBR.
In addition to his company, he also works with individual business owners as a coach with his company’s mastermind and coaching programs which cover sales and marketing, business owner personal development, and how to manage the internals of a small business so entrepreneurs don’t squander that revenue growth.
He resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and children.
