Chris Head

Chris Head is the author of Beyond Corporation Transformation: A Whole Systems Approach to Creating and Sustaining High Performance, published when he was 26. At age 35, he was the youngest Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner serving on behalf of the U.S. Dept. of Commerce. He has developed and delivered leadership training on transformation, change management, performance improvement and strategy to thousands of people across dozens of organizations.

Chris spent 16 years as the Sr. Director, Transformation of Care at UW Medicine Health System. Prior to this he was the Director of Performance Improvement & Lean for UW Medical Center. He started his career as a change management consultant.

He received his undergraduate degree from Providence College and MBA from Georgia Tech with a specialized focus on Organizational Transformation and Change Management.

Originally for New Jersey, he now resides in Seattle, Washington where he is an avid cyclist, soccer player, hiker, and baker.
