Elizabeth Humphreys

Elizabeth Humphreys, from Nashville, TN, is the founder and Executive Director of Mind What Matters Nonprofit and Mind What Matters podcast. Mind What Matters serves the new generation of family caregivers for those suffering with Alzheimer's and Dementia. She spends her time raising awareness and education around Brain Health and how to prevent cognitive decline. She also leads workshops centered around grief and feelings of burnout and depression, which are so common for caregivers. When she isn't working or caring for her mother with early onset Alzheimer's, she can be found training for an upcoming marathon, cooking and raising her three wonderful children in Nashville.
