My goal is to Help caregivers and their families thrive! Caring for a loved one is difficult, and no two journeys are exactly alike. Mine was a crash course in dementia care—times two! Now, I’m encouraging you on your own journey down this emotionally difficult road, offering you tips and information I learned along the way.

At the age of 29 I became the caregiver for my biological father’s parents, both of whom had different forms of dementia.

Throughout my tenure as their caregiver, my own emotions ran the gamut from tears to laughter, tender love to heartbreaking grief; but I was always glad to be able to care for two people who had been so good to me; it was a joy for me to give back to them.
