Leslie spent her adult life managing Anxiety Panic Disorder with Depression only to learn that it was actually Bipolar II disorder. She has spent the last 15 years sharing her honest and transparent journey and inspiring people to get out of the dark place of depression and live the Habit of H.A.P.P.Y.

Leslie is a member of the National Speakers Association and has been speaking to audiences for over 15 years, holds a Masters in Psychology, and is author of 28 Days to Happy and The Positive Side of the Bad Stuff as well as host of a podcast on Spotify of the same name.
