Laura Barker focuses on leadership coaching, specifically, leading with purpose, developing executive presence, communicating effectively, and insightfully navigating change.

She guides clients to build and sustain peak performance through developing self-awareness around strengths as well as areas for growth. Clients gain clarity about what motivates them intrinsically which impacts how they show up as leaders.

Laura has 20+ years of business experience in HR and project management and has worked with small, mid-market, and large companies, ranging from national to international in scope, in the following industries: pharmaceutical, hospitality, employee engagement, supply chain, and food manufacturing. Laura holds a B.A. from McGill University and is coach-certified with the International Coaching Federation and Co-Active Training Institute.
