I am PROSCI® and Change Management Professional Certified (CCMP™) with extensive experience utilizing Change Management methodologies, tools and discipline to guarantee successful delivery and adoption of business’ priorities.

I worked for Bayer for over 19 years, holding roles with a wide range of responsibilities in the areas of Finance, Global Trade and Compliance and Supply Chain. As a Change Manager I coached leaders on how to lead change and engage employees, as well as, implemented several multi-million dollar global projects that required change with people, processes and tools.

Today I am a Consultant, Change Leadership Coach and Speaker. I believe that change does not need to be hard. It can be easy if we focus more on people.

My approach humane, my methodology is easy and intuitive.

I speak to the human side of every leader. I talk about real life challenges and provide simple solutions that can be a game changer in the workplace. My framework is called humane because sometimes leaders forget that we are all the same inside and that we all have the same needs.

I inspire leaders to become more people oriented and as result experience a work force that is committed, engaged and goes above and beyond.
