Reflect on Biases. Redefine DE&I.

The greatest oversight on many initiatives is focusing only on the end goal and failing to provide for development of the new mindsets, habits, and behaviors required to get those initiatives off the ground.

The first step in creating a successful DE&I program is uncovering our personal Subconscious Biases. Understanding and recognizing these biases provides a path toward improved communication and relationships. It directly impacts how we learn, connect, grow, and lead!

Learning Objectives:
1. Define subconscious bias
2. Recognize your own biases and take intentional and appropriate action to respond, not react
3. Provide a platform of safety, respect, and compassion for others
