Zachary Campbell

I am a Licensed Professional Clinically Counselor that survived and healed from a near death experience, while on the job. My story started when I was attacked by a civilly committed sexual offender in the Minnesota Sex Offender Program in Moose Lake, Minnesota. On January 19, 2019 a resident used a shank in an attempt to execute me in a chair, while I was managing a living unit community meeting. My healing journey began with the attack, my escape and the several month-long recovery from post traumatic stress disorder. My talks include specific understanding of trauma, how it effects some, but not all in a situation. I can tailor talks to any organization and personal experience of how to heal from a tragic event as a person, as an organization, and allows discussion to pro-actively address issues in your culture that could lead to tremendous healing and recovery from trauma.
