Nicole was raised in a life of abuse and as an

under-educated teen with less than a 7th grade education she turned her life around to be a business woman with an Associates degree in Administration, a Bachelors in Legal Studies and a Master's degree in Information Systems/Project Management. She is currently pursuing a degree in therapy where she could minister in spiritual and secular.

Nicole is the author of, "Abused Adolescent and Running Blind." She is a public speaker, and the CEO of N.C. Project Life.

N.C. Project Life is dedicated to trauma recovery by lending knowledge base information to those in need for the benefit of assisting in personal development so anyone could reach their full potential. "Development is a ministry; because you don't have to look like what you've been through".

Nicole has achieved success by overcoming various levels of abuse and obstacles. Her success has been measured by her own ability to achieve as a visionary, in business, her personal life, as well as the ministry. For over 20 years, Nicole has been publicly speaking on various inspirational and motivational topics as she expound to others how to live beyond their traumatic circumstances (trauma recovery).

Her vision is to see those who are faced with challenges develop successful lives.
