Confidence Coach and Creator of The TLC Evolution™, Wendy J works with women to take back their power with class. Whether they are recovering from a toxic relationship, or finding themselves again after putting everyone and everything else before them, Fearful to Fearless: The Complete Mind Reprogramming System™ is her favorite program to witness ridiculous confidence emerge in her clients.

Wendy trained in Early Childhood Development and worked as a parent educator prior to getting her real estate license in 2008 and was a top performing real estate agent for a decade. Now she manages a real estate office as a broker, overseeing multi-million dollar land sales.

After training for several years in NLP, with a passion for business combined with mastery level coaching skills, Wendy J works with clients as a business coach for entrepreneurs to help them up-level their results and grow their business!

She is a mother to the MOST AMAZING 2 adult boys in the world as well as fur baby, Sophia Maria. She is an INFJ-A and an Aries, which means she cannot hold a grudge, even if she tries. She loves plastic sheet protectors, matching hangers and being warm. She strongly dislikes cheap wire hangers.

“Handcuffed to the Rules: The Key to Unlocking Your True Confidence”

I served 20 years, in a marriage, to a police officer that played the role of "bad cop" when he was home. My story shares a glimpse of a life of fear, trapped in trying to follow the rules of someone else's game.

I use my own story to open people up to their own personal power. Near the end I engage participants/listeners in a signature experiential exercise to help anchor the lesson. This talk is approximately 25 minutes and can be tailored to a 90 minute experience with participation from the audience.

The TLC Evolution™ (3 step system for Ridiculous Confidence)

In an age of overwhelm it is challenging to make decisions, to form our own opinions or even know what we want.

The TLC Evolution ™ is a Simple 3 Step System to Create Ridiculous Confidence. I pair this with one of my signature experiential exercises.

This can easily be tailored around any theme. The talk can easily be modified from a 20 minute inspirational mini-session to a life-changing full-day seminar.

Overcoming Overwhelm

Defining Overwhelm. Discovering what we would like instead and how to polish the skills we need in order to experience something rather than Overwhelm.

This is best utilized as an interactive workshop format and can be adapted even with a large group.

This can be tailored around a specific common stressor and can vary from 20 minutes in length to 90 minutes, depending on what is needed.

Embodying Even More Confidence: Role Casting

Predominantly a big experiential exercise.
This is a fantastic way to bring variety to any event where there are many speakers.

During this exercise we play with creating even more confidence in whatever role we are playing.

Typically 20-30 minutes but can be extended.

It is my passion to see women so filled with confidence that they understand their value like never before: their time, energy, love, & thoughts will be held as sacred. So confident that others hear what they say and will respect their boundaries. So fearless that they will know how to decide what they want and how to get it. So comfortable in their value that they can easily receive gifts, compliments and thoughtful actions. So accepting of themselves that they are able to accept parts of themselves that they have been at war with. They will know they are limitless and have infinite possibility available to them in every moment.

I can adapt the material I have from being a quick 20 minute presentation with one of my signature experiential exercises, to being a full weekend seminar.
