Tyler Farnham

Born and raised in Cocoa Beach Florida I began surfing at the age of 5. Being a lifeguard captain at the age of 24 my life took a radical turn on April 11th 2009. From that day forward I feel I have lived the life of ten men with the experiences I've had after leaving America in 2012 to pursue traveling the world doing what I love. My books are stories of personal development using surfing, yoga and meditation as tools to continue growth. Living in Indonesia I speak regularly to groups on visualization motivation and building good habits.
