Abdul-Rahman Toufik is a Ghanian medical student at Sumy State University in Ukraine. He is the current academic committee chairman for the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS), Sumy and the country director for World Youth International Model United Nations Ukraine.
Due to his passion for diplomacy and research works he has participated and also held several International Positions on various United Nations and medical conference platforms.
Abdul-Rahman Toufik is dynamic and seeks to gain knowledge from all fields. He holds a Diploma in International Environmental Law and Governance with the “United Nations Environmental Law and Conventions” and has also completed a couple of courses with reputable institutions and organizations such as United States Institute of Peace, World Health Organization, Harvard university, John Hopkins Philanthropy University, Stanford University, University of Michigan, Griffith University, Coventry University, Kings College London, University of Leeds, London school of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, the U.K Public Health Rapid support team, Royal College of Nursing, the Asian Development Bank, University of Pennsylvania and the United Nations Department of Safety and Security.
Abdul-Rahman Toufik is so passionate about issues patterning Mental Health and also an advocate for Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) and youth development.
In his spare time, he likes to read, play video games, watch football or listen to music.
