Bio

I hold a Ph.D. in Theology and Ethics from the University of Notre Dame, and serve as Regional Director of Mission Integration with SSM Health. I work with employees to improve alignment with corporate mission, ethics, and values. I also help physicians, healthcare providers, and executives deepen mindfulness and meditation practices to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and improve decision-making skills. I am the founder of Kalon Enterprises, LLC, where I offer my Centering for Wisdom™ Assessment to help leaders access their center of wisdom and purpose.

I also host the Contemplate This! podcast, reach thousands as a teacher on Insight Timer, serve as a Trustee for the Trust for the Meditation Process, am a commissioned presenter of Centering Prayer.

Centering for Wisdom™
