Bio

Dr. Tangela Harris is a Speaker, Christian Counselor, Certified Life Coach, Leadership Trainer and Author of "There is Life After Thisss... Shape. Shift. Soar. She is a U. S. Army Veteran, earned her BBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston and Doctorate in Christian Counseling from New Testament Bible Institute.

“I have experience life on and off the battlefield. The Gulf War and now the war in domestic violence. I cannot keep silence, I have too much to say about “Bouncing Back” after losing everything to include my sanity. The weapon formed but it did not prosper.

I discovered me, Tangela D. Harris in 2013 after surviving domestic violence. Experiencing the impact of domestic violence/abuse left scars. Scars of inadequacies, low self-esteem, shame, guilt, suicide, depression, blinded from the truth of the matter… I am a MASTERPIECE! Now, I walk through life happenings with others; from personal life to business.

We help you REorganize life AFTER your THISSS... Interactive exercises for reflection, practice, and real-life planning.

In preparing our teens for life; teens are taught about self-esteem, pursuing dreams, establishing healthy relationships, self-care, red flags in intimate relationships and so much more.

Living By Design, Not by Default

We were created for a purpose. Our plans might not be THE plans that fulfill. We can begin again; Refocus. Defaults are the consequences we are living now that we are not satisfied with. Reclaim territory that is yours. Realize that it only takes a decision to move forward.

IT'S TIME FOR A RE-PARTY (Vision Board Workshop)

Write the vision and make it plain upon tablet tablets that whoever picks it up can run with it. Vision Boards is a great tool to keep you focus on your dreams and destiny. I have seen many dreams come into fruition because my vision board stayed in my sight.
