I am passionate about using my voice and energy to motivate and empower people to believe in themselves. I encourage them that they have the power inside themselves to overcome their current limiting beliefs, circumstances, and situations.

With over 15 years experience in the mental health field and personal transformation. I believe in being able to create a life you love living, regardless of your current circumstances.

Whether I am speaking at a corporate event, a church, a conference, a convention, a school,a university, or a non-profit, I take my past "mess" that is relate-able, recognizable, authentic, and transformational; and make it my message of triumph regardless of circumstance.

I am committed to sharing how to find your own path to transformation. i believe that striving to be Authentic, Not Perfect is where the power of YOU lies. I believe it all starts with a decision and then an action!
