Nikki is an award-winning multidisciplinary creative communications expert with a specialized background in multimedia entertainment tech production, performance art, and conscious thought leadership. As an on-air talent with a diverse background in the entertainment and tech industries, her work has been featured on The Wendy Williams Show, Fox, Oxygen, FYI Network, The Science Channel, Investigation Discovery, MTV, WeTV, Spotify Original Podcasts, and BET. Previous clients include Warner Bros., HBO, iTunes, Uber, Snapchat, and more.

As a true multi-hyphenate, Nikki excelled in positions in TV/film production, PR, visual arts, songwriting, hosting, acting for TV/film/theater, and media tech QA. Exhausted from compartmentalizing her creative skills from job to job, she started Virtuosity Innovations in 2012 with the goal of making space for multitalented innovators.

She evolved as a creative professional while completing a Master's in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Interfaith Theology with specialized research in creation theories.She combines a metaphysical perspective with business strategy to lead creative projects sustainably.

Show Up Whole: Finding Power in Authenticity

I speak about my journey as a multi-hyphenate in the entertainment and tech industries. When I began my entrepreneurship journey in 2012, I was in a constant state of compartmentalization. There was the artist version of me and the corporate version of me. I've discovered that I am the most powerful when I show up as my complete, authentic self. My company is the merger of my creative mind and business savvy, and a thriving example of how showing up whole creates an environment for sustainable entrepreneurship.
