Sudha Mani

Sudha Mani is the Founder and CEO of Civika AI Ltd, a Scotland-based consultancy helping organisations adopt AI responsibly, ethically, and with purpose. With nearly three decades of experience in IT, digital transformation, and governance, Sudha brings a rare blend of technical depth and human-first leadership.

She began her career as a database administrator and has since worked across roles including enterprise architect, ethical hacker, and business strategist. Today, she uses that breadth to guide leaders in public services, SMEs, and mission-driven ventures through the complex choices of AI adoption.

A woman in tech and STEM, Sudha is known for her frameworks — AWESOME™, FREEDOM™, AI Compass™, and the 4S Productivity AI Stack™ — which turn abstract technology into practical, human-centred systems. She also delivers Inclusive Leadership workshops, putting equity firmly on the table and drawing on her lived experience as a lone woman navigating technology, the boardroom, and business. In addition, she designs and delivers Future Leaders Programmes, empowering young people — particularly young women — to build confidence, find their voice, and pursue careers in STEM and business.
