I’m Harald Lavric, the owner of GRIFFOX Consulting and I’m located in Milton, FL. I’m native German and fluent in German and English. I’m happily married, love to go to the beautiful beaches of the Florida Panhandle, and love to play and coach soccer.
My passion lies in supporting companies and people in times of change, help them to find the best strategies, and to deliver best solutions to optimize teams, departments, companies and processes.
Over the past 25 years, my dedication has been focused on analyzing processes and products, conducting thorough assessments and aligning them with the vision and mission of companies.
I have extensive experience in strategic planning, business restructuring, post-merger integrations, and processes optimization while also providing additional information about risk management, data privacy, and operational efficiency.
My professional journey has been a dynamic one, with roles spanning from Director of Process Management and Product Strategies to Head of Internal Auditing and Organizational Development, VP of Operations, Marketing & Sales and Chief Compliance Officer.
My qualifications include an M.A. in business coaching & change management, certification as a PROSCI change practitioner, CCMP, project manager, and data protection auditor. Furthermore, I possess a master’s degree in economics & health insurance.
Additionally, I love to carry out all kinds of soft skill training, facilitate meetings and workshops, and guide companies in complex situations. I’m hands-on, lead by example, and always try to communicate in a clear and easy to understand way.
