Bio

Steve Spiro started his first company right out of college in advertising. Additionally, he holds a 4th degree black belt in Karate & 1st degree in Jujitsu, including having his own Karate studio. Steve contributes much of his successes to a strong work ethic, a can-do, never-quit attitude, discipline, integrity and fearlessness that he cultivated in the martial arts. Steve is a master connector with over 30,000 LinkedIn connections. He does a LinkedIn Live broadcast every week called the Master Connector Show. He eventually pivoted from advertising into technology and more recently into business automation consulting. Communicating Authentically with Clients for More Effective Results

We live in a world that lacks authenticity. To really succeed in business and I life you need to learn how to connect with people authentically.

What connecting authentically mean to you. (fake vs real/genuine vs agenda based, pitch versus connect)
How to connect authentically through social media.
How do you connect authentically on a phone call or Zoom call.
How do you connect with someone when you first meet them out in public and connect with them to the point where they really want to stay in touch.

Breaking Barriers to Create Real Connection in this Complex Digital Era

This digital world has connected us all but has also created barriers. I speak about how to connect authentically and to be others focused to create more meaningful connections. I love inspiring introverts like me to get out of their comfort zone and connect more effectively. I also help sales professionals connect with the right people, to grow their business.

How to connect authentically

Because of the surge in technology there are more barriers than ever before to reach and connect with the right person. It is important for business professionals to succeed, especially in this new normal, to really connect authentically. We will cover how to connect authentically on Social Media, on Video Calls and the art of making new friends.

The power of going from self-focused to others focused

Many of us are so consumed with our own issues and challenges that we tend to be self-focused and self-absorbed. We will cover how to get over that and become others focused and the value of being a real go-giver

Connecting and networking to grow and community and grow your business

It is so important today to grow your connections. Yes it has become cliché but your network is your network. I come at this from a different perspective. I am shy and introverted by nature and have grown to become what people call me as the Master Connector with over 35K connections/contacts. If I can do it, anyone can too!

Overcoming big obstacles

We all have our set of challenges. Mine was shy and introverted, bullied as a kid, and learning disabled. I have learned to turn those challenges into my biggest superpowers. I will help inspire others with proven techniques to overcome their challenges and struggles too!

In our weakness there is Power

Many of us have insecurities and things that we consider as weaknesses. I found that when I hide those things it blocks me from really connecting with others. When I finally became okay with who I am and lead with my weaknesses, I found tremendous power. There is power in connection...you connect better with people and develop deep and meaningful connections. When you accept yourself and lead with your vulnerabilities you gain incredible confidence and power in yourself.
