My name is Stacey McKibbin and I am the CEO of Consilio. We are a consulting firm that focuses on training sales and customer experience professionals and leaders.

My entrepreneurial spirit coupled with my strong operational background drove me to pioneer the success of multiple companies. Project management has always been one of my strong suits. I exercised my project management skills at SMS where I oversaw over 150 projects per quarter for a company that generated over $36M in revenue in only 18 months. Following SMS, I was Vice President of Soapbox Mobile where I was a key player in developing a lucrative business model that enabled the organization’s profitability and led to its acquisition.

In 2016, I joined R3 Consultants, now Consilio, where I combine my operations expertise with my science background in Neuro-Linguisic Programming and Hypnotherapy to transform both individuals and organizations. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups in a multitude of industries, giving me the opportunity to generate performance improvement for all the client facing departments of an organization.

In addition, in 2016, I became a Google Certified Speaker, where I lead events with Google and Google Partners to enhance and support business growth.
