Before moving into HR out of Passion for People, I worked as an Electronics Engineer for 8 years in leading technology companies like NXP Semiconductors and Qualcomm designing VLSI Circuits and Managing Projects and Technical Teams.
Having 15+ years of total industry experience, I am greatly passionate about Leadership, People Transformation, Organizational Growth Strategies, Change Management, Business Communication, Coaching and Mentoring.
