Simona Pappalardo is currently Global Electronics Senior Director at Whirlpool Corporation. Originally from Milan, Italy, she defines herself as a serial traveler and a passionate supporter of all diversities, because she strongly believes that only when you meet someone different from you, you can fully understand who you are. She believes that the first role of a leader is mentoring, teaching and coaching so that everyones’s full potential can get unleashed.

She has participated in several events among which recording a video with the Brightline Initiative at TEDWomen 2017, she was the Keynote speaker at the Women Business Center of SW Michigan for the event "Celebrating the Entrepreneur in all of us, 2018: Inspiring the Next Generation" and she participated to the panel “Beyond All Limits” at Lake Michigan College in Sep 2019. She has recently been named a Moody in the Market ‘40 under 40’ and she teaches as Adjunct Professor at Lake Michigan College.
