Sherry Douglas brings more than twenty-five years of experience to the leadership training and empowerment industry. Her focus is on equipping and empowering leaders for success through leadership coaching, team training and motivational conference engagements.
Sherry’s background is in all facets of leadership development, coaching and conference facilitation with such companies as Metro Services, Action COACH, Group 1 Software, The National Association of Childcare Resource & Referral Agency, NASA, and The National Institutes of Health as well as launching several businesses; Trinity Administrative Group and IMPACT Planning prior to starting Indelible Mark.
Mrs. Douglas is a graduate of the Institute for Leadership Deployment as well as the Noble Success Institute. She is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Strategy Impact Specialist, Certified Purpose Development Specialist and is credentialed as a Noble Design Coach. In addition, she holds multiple training certifications for Time Management and Team Management. She is a member of the Women’s Speakers Association and represents Indelible Mark as an Executive Board Member and Past Board President with the Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is the President Elect of the Manchester Rotary as well as a current Board Member with the Coffee County Industrial Board.
